Agreement Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Innovarix Ventures, including but not limited to graphic design, branding, marketing materials, digital content creation, and other related services (“Services”). By hiring us or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

Services

We offer a range of graphic design services, including but not limited to:

• Branding & Identity Design

• Marketing Collaterals

• Editorial & Publishing Design

• Event Invitations

• Digital Content and Publications

Project Initiation

To begin a project, you must provide a clear description of your requirements, including project scope, timeline, and any specific preferences or deliverables. We will communicate with you via email or Google Meet to finalize the details.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required before we begin work on any project. The deposit amount will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, before the final deliverables are provided.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or Paynow.

• Any additional work requested outside the initial project scope will be subject to additional charges, which will be agreed upon in advance.

Project Revisions

We offer a set number of revisions based on the scope of the project. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, depending on the complexity of the changes requested.

Client Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information related to the project. This includes logos, images, text, and any other materials needed for the design work. We are not responsible for any errors or delays caused by missing or incorrect information provided by you.

Project Timeline

We will work with you to establish a timeline for the completion of your project. While we strive to meet agreed-upon deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified promptly if any issues arise that may impact the timeline.

Ownership and Copyright

Upon receipt of full payment, you will own the final design files and the rights to use the completed designs for your intended purpose. However, we retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any sensitive or proprietary information shared with us during the project will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as necessary for the completion of the project.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel the project at any time; however, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after work has begun, you will be charged for the work completed up to that point. We also reserve the right to terminate the project if payment is not received or if there is a breach of these Terms.

Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the designs provided. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project in question.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated Terms will apply to all future projects. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Innovarix Ventures operates.
